Satisfaction and engagement are key contributors to student achievement and success. To gain valuable insight into the student collegiate experience, CASC utilizes the Ruffalo Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) and the Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE). These tools serve as indicators to determine strengths and challenges for continuous improvement.
